In this informative but informal class you will learn to make and take away two stars of Scottish baking: Oatcakes (original plus varieties including: garlic, mull cheddar, seaweed, seeds, chilli, rosemary, thyme, oregano, cracked pepper) and Selkirk Bannock which was added to the Slow Food Ark of Taste in November 2017!
