Scottish Baking Class

Celebrate Burns with this unique, behind the scenes insight into the heritage of Scottish baking with 7th generation masterbaker Iain Campbell in his family’s working bakery.
In this informative but informal class you will learn to make and take away two stars of Scottish baking:
- Oatcakes (original plus varieties including: garlic, mull cheddar, seaweed, seeds, chilli, rosemary, thyme, oregano, cracked pepper)
- Selkirk Bannock which was added to the Slow Food Ark of Taste in November 2017!
